Irvin BonCamper linked with dubious insurers

St. Kitts and Nevis-based accountant Irvin BonCamper has been linked to two dubious insurers accused of separately attracting millions of dollars of premiums on the strength of false financial statements.
One of the insurers, St. Kitts-based Keyes International Insurance Company Ltd., was affiliated with Banque de Petite Martinique, a Grenada-registered ‘bank’ that became defunct in 1998 or 1999.
