      In 2014 my monies were transferred from Private pensions to a QROPS. 2 of the investments were Lancelot Global PCC and four Elements PCC.
      I am in process of trying to make a claim against RSA/Trustee Momentum Pensions. However in a meeting with the Adjudicator Momentum have stated that the claim is prescribed according to Maltese Law and as such the Adjudicator is competent to hear the case. Do you have access to a good lawyer who could handle this for me.

        I don't have direct experience with lawyers in Malta.
