Litigation involving Montaque Securities International

Bahamas-based investment firm Montaque Securities International is involved in two unrelated lawsuits filed over the last five months, one as a plaintiff and the other as a defendant.
In an action filed in the United States, Montaque claims that it was defrauded of $1.5 million that it loaned a client to establish a mutual fund in Germany.
