Public Notice by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission that it has suspended the "Global Business Licence" and "authorisation to operate as a CIS and Expert Fund" of Emerging Markets Investment Fund IA. Editor's Note: Research by OffshoreAlert in the Corporate and Business Registration Department in Mauritius showed that Emerging Markets Investment Fund IA was incorporated on February 10th, 2015, its sole director is Sahjahan Ally Nauthoo, its sole shareholder is Emerging India Fund Management Ltd., and its "Management Company" and secretary is Trident Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited.
