    Microsoft Corp. sues Cayman firm for alleged Cybersquatting

    Washington-based computer technology giant Microsoft Corporation has filed a complaint against an offshore firm and another party, alleging trademark infringement concerning 232 Internet domain names.
    Microsoft filed the action against Softech Ltd., a Cayman Islands corporation, and Field, Lake & Sky Inc., a Wyoming corporation based in Denver, Colorado, at the U. S. District Court for the District of Colorado on January 16, 2008.
