Montaque Securities seeks to enforce settlement

Bahamas-based investment firm Montaque Securities International Ltd. has taken further legal action against a former client for the alleged non-payment of a settlement in an earlier lawsuit.
Under the settlement, Janet Amore was required to pay MSI $60,000 on or before December 1, 2003, according to a petition filed by MSI at New York State Supreme Court on January 23, 2004.
