OffshoreAlert can today confirm that the man who runs Global Dominion Financial Services in Nevis, whose approximately 200 clients are unable to redeem investments of more than US$6 million, is currently an undischarged bankrupt in the United Kingdom.
Former clothes salesman Nicolas Grant-St. James was declared bankrupt in the UK High Court on June 16, 1998 (Case number 2849 of 1998) and is due to be discharged, by expiry of time, in nine days time on 16 June 2001.
