Private bank sues legendary record producer Terry Ellis for allegedly refusing to repay funds paid ‘by mistake’

British record producer and manager Terry Ellis, who is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, is being sued in the British Virgin Islands, where he lives, for allegedly failing to return £22,000 that Schroders private bank claims to have paid him ‘by mistake’ more than two years ago.
