New York-based international law firm Proskauer Rose, which employs approximately 800 attorneys, is suing its recently-departed Chief Operating Officer, British national Jonathan O’Brien, for “theft of Proskauer’s trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information”, describing him as “a crafty plotter”.
