Regulators and offshore creditors act against SunState FX

Regulators in the United States have acted to close down a Florida-based investment firm weeks after two lawsuits were filed by offshore corporations alleging they were victims of fraud.
The SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission filed separate lawsuits against SunState FX Inc. at the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on April 18, 2001.
