zaihanilan75@gmail.com, asked me to help him redeem obviously-fraudulent bonds with a purported face value of $250 billion that were held in a U. S. 'Federal Reserve Bonds Box'! The person held himself out to be an associate of Mr. Yawar's but it is quite possible that he and Mr. Yawar are one and the same. In the criminal proceedings that led to Yawar pleading guilty to extortion at federal court in California in 2007, it became evident to me there was some question about the state of Yawar's mental health. It seems that even he filed an application asking the court to declare himself incompetent to stand trial.
