‘Remove lawsuit against Kenlox Global et al’, demands Malaysian attorney

Writs filed at the British Virgin Islands High Court are publicly-available, absent a sealing order by the court. OffshoreAlert publishes all publicly-available writs filed at the court and this writ will not be removed.

This thinly-veiled threat to sue me and/or OffshoreAlert if we do not remove the writ is pathetic.

It's an enduring mystery to me why attorneys like Brian Foong Mun Loong continue to advise their clients to immediately threaten us, rather than pick up the telephone and have an intelligent and mature conversation. This approach merely brings unwanted attention to their clients and the very information their clients want removed.
