Roy Lavik], on ‘non-duty status’ while it considered what further action to take …..” in Stephen Jay Obie, described as “an attorney-advisor in the Commission’s Office of the Inspector General, reports directly to the Inspector General” v. Commodity Futures Trading Commission at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
