    Swiss asset managers Josef Beck and Hans Thomann indicted in U. S. for alleged tax fraud

    Two asset managers in Switzerland – Josef Beck and Hans Thomann – have been indicted in the United States for allegedly conspiring with Swiss banks UBS AG, Wegelin & Co. and others to conceal from the IRS approximately $268 million belonging to 67 U. S. taxpayers.
