Editor's Note: Research by OffshoreAlert in the Corporate and Business Registration Department in Mauritius showed that Emerging Markets Investment Fund IA was incorporated on February 10th, 2015, its sole director is Sahjahan Ally Nauthoo, its sole shareholder is Emerging India Fund Management Ltd., and its "Management Company" and secretary is Trident Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited.
