Antigua’s Global Bank of Commerce sued by depositors ‘unable to withdraw $12M’

Antigua-based offshore bank Global Bank of Commerce and its CEO, Brian Stuart-Young, are being sued by two depositors who claim they are unable to withdraw $9.2 million and £2.7 million from their accounts.
