Muhammad Ziaullah Khan Chishti, "born Wilson Dewy Lear", described as "a dual citizen of the United States and Pakistan"; Qinhe (Hainan) Intelligent Technology Ltd., of China; Isbei Ltd., of the Cayman Islands; Isbei (Hainan) Technology Co.
