Cayman Islands-domiciled life and annuity reinsurer Front Street Re has been accused of participating in a "financial shell games" scheme to defraud insureds that also allegedly involved Bermuda-based Wilton Re.

Class Action Complaint in Dale R. Ludwick v. Harbinger Group, Inc., Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company, which is domiciled and based in Iowa; Raven Reinsurance Company, a Vermont-domiciled captive insurer managed by Marsh Management Services, Inc., and Front Street Re (Cayman) Ltd. at the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
