Popular newsletter/investment club firm sues SEC
Baltimore based Agora Inc., which operates investment clubs and newsletters and claims to have tens of thousands of clients, has filed a complaint against the SEC, which is investigating one of its subsidiaries, Pirate Investor LLC. Agora, Pirate Investor and
