The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority wishes to advise that the following mutual funds have either been struck off the Companies Register of the General Registry or dissolved. However, they failed to satisfy the Authority's termination requirements. Effective 15th January 2010, the named funds have been removed from the Authority's register.
