Citing a debt of $404 million and the need for an "urgent investigation" into the conduct of its 49-year-old founder, chairman, and CEO, José Neves, U.S. financial services provider Wilmington Trust has filed a petition at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to wind up Cayman-domiciled, United Kingdom-based luxury fashion e-commerce firm Farfetch Limited.
