‘Tim Schools is suing OffshoreAlert for defamation’, says his attorney

I sent a suitable response to Mr. McIntosh. His claim that “… having promised to publish our client's response to you in full, you failed to keep that promise. It must follow that our client has no confidence in your word or your professionalism" is false. His client's response was indeed published in full on the day I received it and it was also linked to the subsequent 'Ponzi scheme' article. It is difficult to understand how he could have missed that and it does not reflect well on his abilities.
