    US Gov’t sues Bermuda-based SIGCo after San Francisco oil spill

    The United States Government is suing a Bermuda-domiciled financial guaranty provider and others for unspecified damages following the spilling of an estimated 58,000 gallons of oil after the container ship Cosco Busan collided with the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge during heavy fog on November 7, 2007.
