Weather coverage litigation settled in New York

A lawsuit involving Bank of America, Platinum Indemnity Ltd., Diamond State Insurance Company and PartnerRe has been concluded.
How it was settled, however, is not public knowledge since several documents concerning the case were filed under seal at the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
