Editor’s Note: This writ was filed more than nine months ago (on April 8th, 2019) but was sealed as part of Cayman Islands Chief Justice Anthony Smellie’s policy of concealing from the public many cases that contain allegations of wrongdoing and/or insolvency involving hedge funds.
